Hosted by Baltimore’s Corporate Sponsor of the Year, Baltimore Marriott , more than 200 BOMF members, supporters and friends gathered at the downtown Marriott Inner Harbor-Camden Yards for a night of celebration and recognition of our chapter’s many accomplishments.
Guests mingled throughout the ballrooms before dinner service, placing bids at the silent auction tables and taking photos at the photo booth by Elizabeth Ryan Photography. A slideshow of team photos was displayed in the main ballroom during dinner service. The night’s festivities were kicked off by Program Director Jackie Truncellito and Director of Member Services Nikia Williams, as Jackie officially welcomed the guests to the event.
This past weekend was a busy one for the Philadelphia Chapter as we competed in two races.
A small group of members—Claudell “Fiddy” Edwards, Ronald Randolph, Shannon Patterson, Joe Lynch, Austin Gee and Katie Pfeifer—ran the Burlington River Run in Burlington, NJ. The beautiful 5k race along the river was hosted by Doane Academy. Randolph completed his first race ever with BOMF and finished high in his age group. We offer a very special thank you to Doane Academy for including us in the race!

We could not have asked to go to a better game. Besides some rain showers in the 7th inning, the weather was beautiful. Roy Oswalt pitched an amazing game, and with the help of Ryan Madson and Brad Lidge the Phillies won their 10th straight win. This win put the Phillies ahead with a six game lead in the NL East.
