CNN is checking back in.
Tonight — Thursday, March 25, 2010 — a one minute profile piece on Back on My Feet and founder Anne Mahlum will air on the cable news channel. The piece will debut during the 9-10 p.m. Larry King Live hour, barring any breaking news.
A plug for the airing appeared in Michael Klein’s Inqlings column in the Inquirer and a Philly Gossip column from Dan Gross of the Daily News.
In spring 2008, Anne Mahlum was named an inaugural CNN Hero for her work launching Back on My Feet. Two years later, the nonprofit that promotes self-sufficiency in homeless populations through running has just launched its third chapter and continues to expand.
Throughout the BOMF D.C. launch weekend, a CNN crew was on hand to see what’s happened since Anne’s nomination. See her profile from then here.
